Supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum has been my passion for as long as I can remember. Here's a bit about my journey and why I do what I do.
My journey began as a newborn nanny, caring closely for babies and their families during those precious early weeks. Through this experience, I witnessed firsthand the gaps in support many new families face—especially during the postpartum period. This inspired me to become a DONA-trained birth and postpartum doula, so I could provide compassionate, knowledgeable care when it's needed most.
I'm passionate about supporting families through every step of this transformative journey—and working to change the way Western culture approaches birth and postpartum care. Too often, new parents are left isolated or overwhelmed, without the community and support that have traditionally been the foundation of healing and transition in other cultures. My goal is to help rebuild that kind of nurturing, holistic care in our modern world.
I believe in honoring your choices, holding space without judgment, and being a grounded presence during this sacred time.
When I'm not supporting families, you can find me reading, practicing yoga, and exploring new coffee shops.
